There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 for distance and off premises contracts, instead the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry apply to our house (if deviated from here, this is explicitly mentioned in the details of the apartments).
Rental agreement:
The total booking fee is to be paid within 10 calendar days after the booking. Since we have a "contactless checkin" the access to the house is not possible without full payment of the rental price. This also applies to short-term bookings - we therefore ask you for timely payment.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation within 10 days from booking is free of charge, unless the booking is made less than 40 days before arrival.
- Up to 30 days before arrival 20% of the full rental price will be charged as cancellation fee
- Up to 14 days before arrival 60% of the full rental price will be charged as cancellation fee
- From the 13th day before arrival 100% of the full rental price will be charged as cancellation fee.
Arrival/Departure: Your arrival can be from Friday-Sunday from 3 pm (or by arrangement). There is a code lock on the house. You will be informed of the code in good time before your arrival.
