- Check-in from 3 pm on the day of arrival, check-out by 11 am on the day of departure.
- All visitors must be registered in advance. There is a digital ID verification before check-in as the check-in is completely contactless - so the vacation can start immediately upon arrival without interruption
- Parties, bachelor parties & events of any kind are not allowed
- Please always leave windows closed & lock doors when you are away
- Two free parking spaces are available on the property
- Please do not operate the grill or fire bowl under the pavilion as this may cause damage
- Smoking is not allowed (only in the garden) - No pets are allowed - We ask our guests to be considerate with our neighbors, especially regarding the noise level. Quiet time is between 22:00 and 08:00.
- We ask you not to leave any fire source (fireplace, fire bowl, candles) burning unattended.
- We ask you to read the Welcome Guide in detail, also regarding the use of the appliances in the house.
- Instructions for all electrical appliances can be found in a drawer in the kitchen.
- The clearing of snow on the property happens during the stay on the guest's own responsibility, as the property is not entered during the booking.
- The property is under video surveillance. However, to protect the privacy of all guests, the camera in the garden will be disabled throughout the stay.
